Terms and Conditions (for subscribers)
- The use of any information or material on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
- Any textbooks that need to be ordered takes approximately 3 weeks for delivery, and approximately 2 weeks will be needed to summarise the books.
- We also provide summaries for the compiled textbooks of different schools. Our policy is to load the work on the website 7 days before the test/exam date. Work not received within 15 working days prior to the test/exam date can unfortunately not be summarised.
- Class speeches have a turnaround time of five working days (excluding the day the request was received, weekends and public holidays)
- We only provide class speeches (no poems, dramas, dialogues, debates, interviews, reviews, book reports, forum discussions or essays), no speeches will be done that require research or that must be done with reference to a project.
- Assignment research have a turnaround time of 5 working days (excluding the day the request was received, weekends and public holidays). We only provide the project research; no project questions will be answered.
- Two children per household will have access to the service.
Terms and conditions (For non-account subscribers)
1. You have subscribed to Kids SuperClub magazine, a publication of Foschini Retail Group (Pty) Ltd (‘TFG’).
2. For enquiries regarding your subscription, contact customer services on 0860 834 834.
3. TFG reserves the right to cease publication of Kids SuperClub at any time in our sole and absolute discretion. If your subscription is still running at that point, you will receive a refund for magazines still due to you.
4. TFG reserves the right to change or cease the benefits and competitions offered in Kids SuperClub at any time, and to change the level of service offered to subscribers of the magazine.
5. Kids SuperClub benefits are only available to customers who subscribe to the magazine for a minimum period of six or 12 months and do not apply to customers who purchase single copies of the magazine.
6. Customers who subscribe for six- or 12- month periods will be automatically entered into all automatic entry competitions. However, customers who purchase single copies of the magazine will not be entered into these competitions.
7. All customers must enter SMS entry competitions by sending an SMS to be eligible to be in the draw for any prizes.
8. If you have elected to pay for your subscription via a monthly debit order deduction, and if your debit order fails for any reason whatsoever in any month, you will not be sent a magazine for that month and you may be charged a financial handling fee.
9. You must provide us with the correct address where your magazine must be sent to every month, failing which you will not receive your magazine, and we will not be liable to re-send your magazine to any alternative address. Should you change your address, you must advise customer services of this.
10. TFG may change the shape and the size of the magazine at any time.
11. The price of the magazine will be adjusted at any time during in a calendar year. However, customers who subscribe for six- or 12-month periods will not be subject to price increases during the term of their subscription.
12. These terms and conditions can change from time to time and you will be bound to any updated terms and conditions from the date of publication in the magazine and on tfgclubmagazine.co.za.
13. We hereby notify you that if you are a magazine subscriber, it may be necessary for certain third-party benefit providers to process your personal information to enable them to provider their services to you. By making use of the benefit(s), you agree to this.
Competition rules
The basic rules for all competitions in Kids SuperClub magazine are:
1. All Kids SuperClub subscribers will need to send an SMS to be entered into selected competitions in the magazine.
2. Standard SMS rates apply for all SMS competitions.
3. Facebook and SMS winners will be required to provide a valid TFG account card number.
4. Winners will be randomly selected by means of an automated system for all competitions.
5. All winners need to be active subscribers of Kids SuperClub magazine in order to qualify, which means your account needs to be up to date.
6. The competition will commence on the 15th of the month that the issue is published. It will end on the last day of the following month.
7. The winner will be notified via email/telephone within one month of the closing date.
8. Cash prize winners will be contacted telephonically to request their banking details or supporting documents, which must be provided to TFG within 14 days after request thereof. If these are not provided within 14 days, or the winners cannot be contacted after two attempts have been made, the winners’ TFG store accounts will be credited with the same value as the cash prize.
9. The prize will be sent to the winner via courier service to the winner’s home address. In the case that we do not have a home or physical address, we will contact you by telephone or via SMS requesting your physical address. Unclaimed prizes are only valid for six months.
10. The winners’ names will be published in Kids SuperClub magazine two issues after the competition.
11. All participants must reside in South Africa.
12. By entering the competition, you agree and understand that you may win a prize and that there is no guarantee you will win a prize.

14. Valid subscribers will only be allowed to win a maximum of two prizes per issue.
15. Subscribers may only enter each competition once, and multiple entries will be discarded.
16. By entering competitions on our Facebook page, you agree that your comments will be posted in the public domain and could be printed in Kids SuperClub magazine.

School fees contribution TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. The child has to be registered at a school or accepted for next year.
2. The R5 000 will be deposited into the bank account of the school that the child attends or will attend.
3. The application submission for the November 2021 issue runs from 13 October 2021 and end on 30 November 2021.
4. A letter (on an official schoolletterhead) from the school is required to confirm the child’s enrolment.
5. Subscribers’ TFG accounts must be up to date.
6. Subscribers must be current Super Kids subscribers.
7. Subscribers’ immediate family may also apply. The following family members qualify: Daughter, son, brother, sister, grandchild.
8. Subscribers are only eligible to apply for and win one bursary every six months. Unclaimed prizes are valid for six months only.
Terms and Conditions (For Non-subscribers)
1. All competitions (via automatic entry, SMS, Facebook or post) for this magazine are reserved for TFG account holders who subscribe to Kids SuperClub magazine on a monthly basis.
2. All benefits as detailed in Kids SuperClub magazine are available only to account holders who subscribe to the magazine on a monthly basis.
3. The other terms and conditions in this magazine are applicable only to account holders who subscribe to Kids SuperClub magazine on a monthly basis.
