The Livingspace Home Assistance service is here to make your house more secure while helping to relieve unreasonable discomfort, difficulty or risk. This service provides you with 24/7 assistance with home-repair issues, including electrical, plumbing, glazier and locksmith services, as well as major appliance repairs. For non-emergencies, the service can still be arranged, but you must pay the service provider at the time of repair. You’re covered for up to R1 000 per incident, including the call-out fee and first hour’s labour (but excluding the cost of material and additional labour.) You are covered for a maximum of three incidents per year.
