Parents! Get your little helpers’ hands busy in the kitchen by trying our yummy crispy breakfast treats.
MAKES 8 – 10 // COOK TIME 10 mins
INGREDIENTS
For the oTEES BLOCKS
⅓ cup honey
½ cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla essence
3 cups Otees cereal
¼ cup chocolate chips
METHOD
For the oTEES BLOCKS
1. Line a 20 x 20 cm dish with baking paper.
2. Place the honey in a large bowl and place in the microwave for 2 minutes on high.
3. Remove the bowl from the microwave and add the peanut butter and vanilla essence. Stir well to combine.
4. Add the Otees to the peanut butter mixture and mix well with a spatula.
5. Add the chocolate chips to the mixture and stir to combine.
6. Pour into the prepared dish, cover with baking paper and press down firmly to create an even layer.
7. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes to firm up. Remove from the freezer and cut into 8-10 squares.
Tip: Any Otees flavour can be used in this recipe, the choice is yours.
