The 76th Golden Globes Awards Ceremony, held at The Beverly Hilton hotel, saw Hollywood’s stars dazzle in soft pastels, jewel tone colours, hand-embroidered suits, sequinned dresses and a variety of sheer tulle ruching. Here are some of our best dressed celebrities of the Golden Globes 2019.

Lady Gaga
Winning the award for best original song in a motion picture, as well as being nominated for best actress in a motion picture (drama) for A Star is Born, Lady Gaga wore a silk faille gown with matching cape, inspired by Judy Garland’s ball gown in A Star is Born (1954) , designed by Valentino’s Creative Director Pierpaolo Piccioli.

Billy Porter

Nominated for best performance by an actor in a television series, the Pose star wore an hand-embroidered suit and cape with pink lining by New York-based designer Randi Rahm. The perfectly tailored suit took approximately six months to be made. Well worth the wait, if we do say so ourselves.

Lupita Nyongo
Wearing a sequined blue Calvin Klein by Appointment dress with eyeshadow to match, Black Panther star Lupita Nyongo looked mesmerizing in a shimmery dress which paired beautifully with her strappy silver platform heel.

Lili Reinhart outfit 

Riverdale star, Lili Reinhart, stole the show in a  monochromatic ensemble at her first Golden Globe red carpet appearance. She paired the scarlet red tulle dress by Khyeli with a pair of matching Louboutins, Swarovski Jewellery and a jewel encrusted bag. Definitely one of our favourites!
