The X20 had a profound impact here at Tech Park. This phone has great specifications and is very well-priced, but that is not what caught and held our attention. What intrigued us was how the phone presented itself: Instead of shouting about megahertz and megapixels it boldly suggests that you should plan to keep it for 3 years, and that it will keep your software and security up to date for at least that long.
And that that sentiment is backed up by excellent build quality, a beautiful 6.7-inch screen, and a solid Snapdragon 480 processor with 5G on board. The camera set is on par with competitors in this price range, with great colour accuracy and plenty of detail offered in your shots. The quirky Dual-Sight effect combines video from both the the rear sensor and the front-facing sensor. Nokia claims you will get two days out of the 4470mAh battery, and that’s roughly what we achieved with mixed use.
But what really won us over with Nokia X20 was that it felt easy and comfortable to use and, like all your favourite gear, you actually want it to last forever. The X20 quickly felt like a trusty companion that might not be the best at any one thing, but was a confident all-rounder that would easily hold its own in processing power, multimedia and stylish good looks.
