Summer is here – and that means berries are all around us! Cool down with two berry-filled smoothies that are bursting with flavour and summer vibes.
Breakfast smoothie

Makes 2
Ingredients
1 tub (180g) blueberries, plus extra for serving (optional)
½ cup toasted oats, plus extra for serving (optional)
2 Tbsp honey
2 cups plain yoghurt
Sprigs of mint, for serving
Method
- Add ingredients, except mint, to a blender and blitz until smooth.
- Decant into serving glasses and garnish with mint leaves, plus extra berries and toasted oats if you like.

Berry blitz smoothie

Serves 1
Ingredients
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 frozen sliced banana
1 cup low-fat yoghurt
2 Tbsp chia seeds
Method
- Add berries, banana, yoghurt and chia seeds.
- Blend for 30 seconds until smooth and thick.
- Pour into a glass and top with extra berries or a sprinkle of granola.
