These delightful citrus yoghurt ice lollies are packed with flavour, perfect for summer and can be made with just 7 ingredients.
MAKES 12
INGREDIENTS
2 cups double-cream yoghurt
1 cup orange juice
¼cup honey
4 tsp grapefruit zest
1½ grapefruits
12 ice-lolly moulds
12 wooden ice-cream sticks
METHOD
1. Stir the yoghurt, orange juice, honey and grapefruit zest together.
2. Peel the grapefruits and finely chop the flesh. Divide this between the 12 ice-lolly moulds.
3. Pour the yoghurt mixture into the moulds. Drop a wooden ice-cream stick into each mould, then freeze overnight or for at least 4 hours.
