Ingredients | For the dressing | |
600 g baby potatoes, boiled | 2 tbsp whole grain mustard | |
1 tbsp Dijon mustard | ||
2 tbsp honey | ||
2 tbsp vinegar | ||
2 tbsp olive oil | ||
Salt and pepper, to taste | ||
2 cups watercress | ||
METHOD
1. Halve potatoes and place in a bowl.
For the dressing
1. Whisk the mustards, honey, vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper together until creamy.
2. Pour the dressing over the potatoes and toss until well combined.
3. Scatter the watercress on a serving plate and top with the potatoes.
