She may be considered to be a newbie in Tinseltown, but Nathalie Emmanuel has already proven that she’s worked hard to get where she is – and she’s here to stay!
The fresh-faced actress started out in the industry, in the early 90’s, taking on small theatre production roles in musicals such as The Lion King. The British beauty then began an on-screen career, bagging the role of Sasha Valentine in the famous soap opera named Hollyoaks. After a slow yet admirable start to her career, Nathalie was noticed for her undeniable on-screen presence and ability to take on diverse characters. Starring as Missandei in the acclaimed fantasy series, Game of Thrones, was undoubtedly the best career move she ever made. The starlet has since had ample acting opportunities, recently joining the Fast and Furious family and featuring in Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials.

Nathalie was born in Essex, England, and has a rich cultural heritage. Her mother is Dominican and her father is half Saint Lucian and half English.
At an early age, Nathalie displayed an intense love for the Arts. She was afforded the opportunity to nurture her acting craft and was granted attendance to the Westcliff High School for Girls, where she studied acting.
In 2016, Nathalie won the Screen Nation Film and Television Award for Best Female Performance in Film, for her role as Ramsey in Furious 7.
Recently, she has starred alongside famous model, Isaac Carew, in the Dune London SS17 campaign.
A fitness fanatic and health lifestyle icon, Nathalie’s positive diet choices and body positivity have not gone unnoticed. She was recently made the newest brand ambassador for the renowned swimwear brand, Speedo.
