| 1 tin tuna | ||
| 3 tbsp mayonnaise | ||
| 2 tbsp wasabi paste | ||
| Salt and pepper | ||
| ½ cucumber, ribboned | ||
| 3 tbsp vinegar | ||
| 1 tsp sugar | ||
| 4 slices brown bread, toasted | ||
| 1 carrot, ribboned |
METHOD
1. Mix tuna, mayonnaise, wasabi, salt and pepper.
2. Mix cucumber, vinegar, sugar and ½ tsp salt. Let stand for 20 minutes.
3. Build the sandwiches by placing a layer of the wasabi tuna on a slice of bread, then the pickled cucumber and lastly the fresh carrot. Close the sandwich and serve.
