@_justanothermanicmomday_ Lymphatic Drainage Massage @The Skin and Nail Bar 😍 Last we I headed off to The Skin & Nail Bar in Durban North and had an amazing Lymph Drainage Massage by Angie. ✨ It was not only tension relieving, but I learnt SO much about why these specific massages are beneficial and Angie just has such a wealth of knowledge around it. Apparently I am very tense – which is no surprise to me 😂 – but a lot of my lymph nodes were enlarged/swollen, perhaps from water retention or from a recent sinus infection I had. But I definitely felt like the massage left me feeling more “alive” in my body – if that makes sense!? 😂 That night I slept so well! My body felt tired yet invigorated. And the next day I felt generally more aligned in my body.
