It’s official! This summer is all about mule mania. Whether it’s a flat leather affair that’s made for easy, breezy living, or a satin lace-up number with a cute kitten heel, mules are most definitely welcome. With  celebs such as Rihanna and Kendall Jenner wearing them, it is clear that mules are 2019’s hottest summer footwear. 

It’s a wrap 
Any shoe that wraps around your ankle, be it via a large bow or a gladiator-style trussing up, is something you’ll want in your closet right now. And It doesn’t matter if the heel is a wedge, a block or a stiletto – as long as it wraps, you’ll be ready to step out in style.

Strap happy 
Skinny ankle-strap heels have been around forever, but this season, they’re enjoying a moment in the spotlight. The most lustable looks? Anything with ultra-skinny straps, rainbow colours and metallic finishes. They’re not only great to wear with any cocktail dress, but an easy way to add a little elegance to a jumpsuit. They also help create the illusion of a longer leg when paired with skinny jeans.
