Rumor has it that musician of note and fashion mogul Rihanna is expecting her first bundle of joy with rapper sensation A$AP Rocky.
Late last year, Rihanna denied rumors of whether or not she was pregnant. Photos of Rihanna holding her hands together below her stomach did the rounds on social media, leaving many to assume that she was indeed hiding a baby bump.
Wanting to be a mother has never been a secret and was something she spoke of very openly. In fact, she chatted to British Vogue in 2020 about having multiple kids in 10 years from now. “Ten years? I’ll be 42! I’ll be ancient. I’ll have kids—three or four of ’em,” she said. Whether she had a partner or not, family planning was definitely on the cards for her. “I feel like society makes me want to feel like, ‘Oh, you got it wrong …’ They diminish you as a mother if there’s not a dad in your kids’ lives,” said Rihanna. “But the only thing that matters is happiness; that’s the only healthy relationship between a parent and a child. That’s the only thing that can raise a child truly, is love.”

Very recently, however, the lyrical couple was photographed in New York City over the weekend adorning the baby bump in colourful jewels and a long pink jacket unbuttoned at the bottom to show off her growing belly. If the photos making their rounds are anything to go by then A$AP Rocky and Rihanna could not be happier.
In May last year, the rapper opened up about his romance with the pop star and referred to her as the ‘love of my life’ when interviewed by GQ. He was asked about what it felt like to be in a relationship, to which he replied “So much better. So much better when you got ‘the One’.”
