Chia pudding

The perfect meal-prep breakfast does exist! This chia pudding can be topped with your favourite fruit or enjoyed as is. Make these the day before and simply grab them to go. You can also mix in some cocoa powder for a chocolatey version or add some mashed banana and peanut butter for a protein boost.

Date balls

These date balls are a filling snack that will give you enough energy to last you the whole day. Simply add all the ingredients into a food processor, blitz, roll into balls, and bam! It’s a simple timesaver that you can snack on all week long.

Tortilla toasties

If you’ve got access to a toaster at work, these tortilla toasties are absolutely perfect. Add your choice of filling, fold it into a pocket and pop them into the toaster for a few minutes. You could go with classic cheese, add some leftover chicken and mayo or even some Nutella and banana – the possibilities are endless! Be sure to not overfill them to avoid your hot filling spilling out into the toaster.

@graceelkus if you didn’t know, now you know 😌 MY TIPS: ✨I’m using the TJ’s homestyle tortillas which toast up golden and crisp! ✨be sure to overlap the two sides of the tortilla so nothing spills into the toaster ✨if only one side gets toasty flip it around and toast again ✨it may take a little trial and error to find the exact tortilla size/timing that works best for your toaster cheese idea from @Cody Davidson; pb from @livewellthi 💕 #toasterhack #tortillahack ♬ Sunshine – Tundra Beats

Banana doughnut bites

Simple and perfect for the air fryer, these banana doughnut bites are as addictive as they are easy. Simply combine Greek yoghurt, smashed banana and flour to create the dough, air fry for 7–9 minutes, brush with butter and roll in cinnamon-sugar goodness! Small enough to snack on throughout the day, the rest of these fluffy treats can be popped in an airtight container for tomorrow.

@wellmadebykiley BANANA BREAD DONUT BITES Soft, fluffy, incredibly easy, and utterly delicious 🤎 Expand the caption for the recipe below OR find the recipe on my website through the link in my bio! #Recipe Details (makes 16): Ingredients: – 1 1/4 cup self-rising flour (see below for homemade self-rising flour)*** – 1 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar – 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp greek yogurt, plain or vanilla – 1/4 cup mashed ripe banana – 1 tsp vanilla extract – 1/2 cup chocolate chips of choice, melted, for serving Cinnamon Sugar Coating: – 1/4 cup butter, melted – 1/2 cup + 2 tsp cinnamon ***Homemade Self-Rising Flour: – 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour – 1 1/2 tsp baking powder – 1/4 tsp baking soda – 1/4 tsp salt Instructions: Preheat air fryer to 350F. *You can alternatively make these in the oven, they just won’t be *as* fluffy! Preheat oven to 375F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside. In a large bowl, add the self-rising flour, sugar, greek yogurt, mashed banana, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined. The dough is going to be sticky, but just trust the process! Lay the dough on a generously floured surface. Sprinkle some more flour on top of the dough. Use your hands to knead a couple of times, until the dough becomes smooth. If the dough still seems too sticky, add 1 more tbsp of flour at a time, and continue to knead until it comes together more, and is pliable! Roll the dough out into a rectangle about 1/2” thick, the dimensions don’t have to be perfect. Divide and cut the dough into 16 pieces. Place a piece of parchment paper in the basket of your air fryer. Working in batches, transfer the dough pieces to the air fryer (I did 8 at a time). If using the oven, transfer the dough pieces to the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter. Air fry at 350F for 4 minutes, gently flip and air fry for another 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown. For the oven, bake at 375F for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown. While the donut bites are baking, mix the sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl, for the coating. Remove from donuts from the air fryer or oven and immediately toss in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Serve warm with melted chocolate of choice.
